use only coconut oil for massage.
bath twice a day.
offer more liquids and fruits.
let child stay in innerwear only

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. I would not recommend you to apply dermi cool powder to such a small baby I would suggest that you simply reply normal Johnson's baby powder on the entire affected area for relief to the child
