I must say rashes are normal to babies. Neckline is delicate so few rashes occurs. apply moisturizer on them . you can also sprinkle dusting powder in summers.

if the skin of the child is dry you can afpply moisturizing lotion which help in decreasing the rash.
if if the rash is present on the sweating skin then you can apply cxalamine lotion.
it is advisable to take a medical opinion
