Hello dear parent, you should apply warm mustard oil or Babyhug massaging oil or rash cream on the affected areas and repeat the process after 2 to 3 hours. It must heal or get better in few hours but if it does not then must Consult with your paediatric once. Good luck and take care. Must check Babyhug massaging oil.
