Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and tempetrature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may httave night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

You Make a schedule for your child you know you should make your child sleep early in the night if not sleeping early sleeping late then wake up your child early in the morning try to keep your child away through the day and once your child is awake try to enable channelise your energy of the child and this way your child will get tired and sleep early so try to form a schedule like this
