it just a phase so to tackle it ,the main mantra is to stay calm , consistent and positive.
for that ,you need to have enough patience.
Never argue with your child.
don't scold or yell at your child.
instead of giving so many choices ,give them in alteration.
I mean , instead of asking your child that whether he want to eat fruits or not , you can ask which fruit ,apple or pomegranate he want to eat?
please spend quality time with your child.
set some rules for your child.
but don't be harsh.
stay firm.
