#askthedoctor How much sleep is needed for 4 months old child? My child is not sleeping continuously even for an hour inspite of trying all the possible ways. I tried continuous swinging in cradle, peaceful environment in room, dark room etc.. but every time he sleeps only upto an hour and then plays for 1 and half hour and again i try to make him sleep but nothing works.
