#askthedoctor hi my baby boy is 6.5 month old....his legs seems bow in shape... how can it be corrected ?

A. will correct this type of of legs is totally normal. no treatment is required except proper diet. kindly continue vitamin d supplements if you are not taking the child in sunlight. if proper diet is being given then there is no need to worry about any calcium supplement. the curved legs/ bend legs usually take a normal shape by two years to three years of age. if in doubt then meet the doctor

U Should get a check with your paediatrician won a clarity can only be provided by your doctor whether it is actually right or you are just feeling it because it’s too small to judge it correctly right now so it’s important that you want to get it personally assessed by a doctor to have for the clarity on the same
