#askthedoctor hi doctor, my daughter is seven months old and she started solid foods. last day due to constipation she didn't pass urine in night from 11 pm to 6 am. I went to a doctor near by and he said to put suppository and after that motion passed and urine also . But after that from night 11 pm to 5 am. she is not passing urine in diaper. is that an issue. also pls advise whether I can give fox seed powder as pury to my baby.

A. Makhanas or fox nuts are one of the healthiest foods for babies and can be introduced to babies anytime after they turn six months of age. It is a good idea to start with smaller amounts; for example, a spoonful of makhana powder can be given for three to four days.
