#askthedoctor Hello Doctor, Iam jyothi, I have 2 year old boy.. he goes potty once in 3days and he cries whenever he goes and the stools are very hard....what should I do for that? also he does not chew the food properly he swallow it..

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 26 months old and he is pooping after every 3 days gap so stool is dry and painful potty times so give him syrup duphalac 5 ml at night

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. no problem you some water to drink to the baby this is very important Constipation is very common in babies you have to modify the food which is more in fibre like green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits like apple mango papaya banana etc
