Hello When you mention somebody’s name it is not necessary that the doctor is going to get the queries you basically cannot tag them so if they are available in with the queries on the wall there definitely respond to it so you can just wait for it it is not an issue if you want a response from his side only you can easily wait for that much time if he is available will definitely respond to your query
