#AskThe Nutrition I have a doubt about dosa and idli..mean these food are fermented and we have to add baking soda to cook.so is it safe for my 18 month baby to give them in any meal time or any food which I have to add that baking soda to cook...

A. Hi. There is no need to add baking soda, if it is home made. You can use sooji, oats powder in the batter too. You can make it for the kid, and then add baking soda for the rest.
