#askthe expert my period is delay for 12 days when I tested in home it shows very faint line.then when I checked in hospital in beta hcg test and scanning shows negative pregnancy .but i feel nauseas and all.stomach filled with gas feeling. why home pregnancy test shows light positive

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist2 years agoA. get serum beta hcg. you have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatmentsee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. If you check your results within the recommended time frame and see a faint positive line, you're most likely pregnant. On the other hand, if you miss the window for checking the results and you don't check the test until 10 minutes later, a faint line may be an evaporation line, which means you're not pregnant.
