#askthe Expert how to take lactare tablets? before food or after food! & how many tablets to take at a time? please suggest there is no milk for new born baby

A. You Can I actually have it before the food that you are having that with the result is going to be much better so I would advise you to go ahead with that that would be the right way to go about it
