ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. before one yr goo5to avoid honey. as there is a risk that they may develop a condition called infant botulism. do continue exclusively breast feeding your baby.

Honey can only be introduced to the child after the age of one year not before that because honey can create infection into the stomach of the child which is why honey is not recommended to be given to the child before the age of one year child complete no-no
