#askexperts my weight is 80 kg my height is 5.”7”I have tried so hard to lose my belly fat but it doesn’t work wt to do suggest me some proper diet chart to lose my weight

A. Hello you should walk regularly and do yoga and exercise. Take homemade healthy foods. Take jeera water 3 to 4 times in a day. Start your day with fruits salad then take breakfast. Take vegetables salad before lunch and dinner. Complete your dinner 2 to 3 hours before going to bed. Avoid fatty foods, processed foods, sweets, refined foods, carbonated beverages.
