as it needs physical examination ,I advise you to visit your pediatrician or dermatologist for it.
it can be caused by many reasons like nutritional deficiencies ,dry skin ,tear statis ,or infection.
so, don't try any homemade remedies.
consult your pediatrician for proper evaluation.
maintain good hygiene.
