#askexperts my baby is almost 7 months old.. she does take sound sleep in night.. she sleeps for an hour and would like to play for 2 hours after that.. and. keeps on doing it until morning.. can you plz help ..

It’s all normal and common
Sleep pattern will correct soon
No need to worry
Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc
Take a good care of your baby
