#askexperts it's almost three months my baby is having cold and cough.. it comes and goes frequently... her medication is properly given... still no effect.

A. a child is suffering from simple cough and cold due to temperature variations so kindly prevent temperature variations and keep the child warm with the help of a room heater and this problem will not increase and you can take intermittently anti cold medicines if it has been prescribed by your doctor

A. hi please keep Breastfeeding your child as per his or her needs,it contains antibodies which help your child to fight against viral or bacterial infections as you are nursing mother, take healthy and well balanced diet so that your child's immunity remains high. dress your child in weather appropriate clothes provide apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day give massage to your child daily maintain good hygiene
