ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist5 years agoA. you should give only breastmilk till completion of six months and even after that you should start with liquids only for 2-3 weeks.. after that you can start semi solids mashed meals including cerelac or other baby preparations
