Hello Mom irregular periods maybe because of work for model disturbances and there are many reasons for hormonal disturbances for which you should either take a doctors checkup done to know what exactly the problem is and physical exercise is very important if you start doing the regular physical exercise you will get back to normalWrite Your Answer Here
