#askexperts i have stretchmark after pregnancy.my child got one month completed.i want to remove my stretchmark.

There is no sure shot remedy for stretch marks but the intensity gradually reduces by applying oils like pure coconut oil or almond oil or bio oil on the affected area. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself healthy hydrated all through the day. Do tummy exercises to tighten the skin and muscles around tummy. Good luck and take care.
