A. eat low calorie diet and reduce your sugar and fat intake and drink lukewarm water. Start with walk and then switch to running or skipping as per your body comfort

A. hello dear you should follow a diet chart along with that do some walk atleast for 30 min in the morning and drink only warm water whenever you are taking. pleanty of fluids and avoid taking oily and fast food.
