A. To reduce stretcharks after delivery, include protein and vitamin rich foods in your diet and keep yourself well hydrated with water, fresh juices and coconut water. Do skin toning exercises like squats, jogging, swimming, breathing, brisk walking and Yogasanas. Apply Bio oil or Aloe vera gel with coconut oil twice a day on affected areas.
