Anindita BhattacharyaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. For 4 yr 2 months baby you can include all family food freshly prepared at home include all seasonal fruits and vegetables specially green leafy vegetables cut down sweets and fried foods encourage daily physical activity along with diet
