Hello ma’am You should start having Dal rice water khichadi porridge mashed banana mashed potato mashed sweet potato vegetable soup vegetable purée pumpkin soup all kind of fruits available in the market on room temperature apart from that you can give Suji Kheer Upma oats ragi curd Paneer all these things to your child on a regular basis apart from that give good amount of water also to your child. For initial when you start semisolid give it once or twice a day but with time make it three times in a day breakfast lunch and dinner as it is mandatory five times milk and a fruit at least once in a day
