#askexpert i gave paracatemol to my child she done vomiting immediately in 30 sec she has fever also when should i give syrup

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. you can give paracetamol to the child if the child is having fever but if the child is doing vomiting you can first give some vomiting medicine like vomikind then give paracetamol
