#askdoctors when does the baby gets it first teeth ? my baby's gums have become very hard now. too much drilling and putting is thumb in mouth. in how much time till he will get his 1st teeth??

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. new 30 dots therapy by age of six months but it can also take few more months and can get delayed till one year of age all this is normal range of teeth eruption timing
