You can feed foods like rice with dal, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, besan and beetroot cheela, idli-dosa with sambhar, stuffed parantha, oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, fresh juices, seasonal fruits, veg sandwich, veg cutlet, pan cakes, waffle, boiled egg, omelette, chicken and fish curry with rice, khichdi, dalia, mixed vegetable soup alongwith 550-650 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks including variety of fluids.
