Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Ear should be only cleaned superficially very gently by an ear bud when the baby is sleeping. Do not try to clean deep inside by yourself as it can cause injury so consult your doctor for that . if the wax is impactedeu you can use waxiklin ear drops one drop twice a day for 7 days in ear it will help .

U Can you clean the outer part of the year with a soft cloth you can just let it a little if it is required you can just do that if you feel that your child is having ear wax or something then you should consult an ENT doctor for the right ear drops to go ahead with
