#askdoctors what are the nutritional supplements that are to be given to a 8th month baby?

A. actually no need. feed well. better to show to a specialist and get the right opinion as soon as you can. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok.

A. Suppliments are not mandatory unless your pediatrician recommends. You can include baby cereal, fruits and vegetables, along with breast milk or formula, Try to stick to non-processed, unsweetened or unsalted foods.
