For One year old child you can go for a proper breakfast ready you can give Upma poha or whatever you are preparing for lunch try to give proper lunch Vegetable Daal roti or Paratha or rice what ever is more convenient to you and the similar kind of dinner also you can give to the child but just try to variate the vegetables that you are giving on an every day basis
