#askdoctors My son is about to turn 1 year old in couple of weeks, he takes solid food though not on regular basis. Kindly advise if I need to include any specific food items for his growing needs.

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mom after completing one year there is not any diet restrictions at this age at all you can give all the healthy and nutritional food to the child like you give to another family members homemade nutritional food is important for proper growth and development
