#askdoctors my lil one is not at all eating breakfast. Is there any alternative nutritious food for him in the morning .plz suugest some good diet

Hi . breakfast is the most important meal of the day make sure you are not giving too much of milk before breakfast which can fill up a baby stomach and he might refuse to take breakfast you can offer a variety of foods like pancakes porrideges parathas etc
