Q.
#askdoctors my girl is having dry cough. I have consulted the doctor online , advised to give maxtra 5drops 3 times, mucolite 0.5ml 2 times. it's been 3 days I give her steam also but she is not improving. I can feel the sound from her nose ghhrrr ghrrrr. feels like she wants to take that out but couldn't. please help. she is not improving. in this pandemic no doctor is available for physical examination. she is so small I am feeling helpless. how she will feel better . please help

See If the nose is having a blockage then you can put nasal drops into the nose not an issue with that and continue indirect steam and medicine for the child gradually over the period your child will feel better as I’m sure that your child must be really suffering your child is too small but you don’t have a choice right now
