#askdoctors my daughter is having some small bumps on cheeks.. is it teething rashes? how can I treat it?

A. Hi teething causes excessive drooling of saliva..which leads to rashes around the oral cavity.. but you should consult with your pediatrician for proper examination of this condition.. if your kid is teething then gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip to facilitate the eruption process

A. Teething causes loose motions and not rashes. this could be due to multiple reasons like sucking or even plain reason such as heat.Make sure you keep her hydrated and use good baby products in case you use anything for the face.
