#askdoctors My baby is underweight, however he seems to be a healthy child, Is it Ok or should we visit any doctor?

A. Hello dear parent,, a baby should gain 400 to 500 grams every month till 6 months of age. And A baby should be double his birth weight at 6th month of age. So now you can well calculate how your baby is gaining weight. And baby should be active above all. Good luck and take care
