A. hi it happens because of thin skin under eyes or prolonged exposure to screen or nutritional deficiency. in case of nutritional deficiency,offer calcium and iron rich food like Ragi,nuts , dairy products etc more avoid giving RO water to your child as it can also cause nutritional deficiencies. give sunbath at early morning which is good for vitamin D formation. please limit your child screen time. ensure that your child takes enough sleep.
