A. Exclusive breastfeeding is advisable till the time the baby completes 6 months of age. Solids or semi solids or water or other liquids can be introduced only after the baby completes 6 months. Once the baby completes 6 months, start with one solid meal or one semi solid meal per day initially and then increase gradually. Check Babyhug Fruit and Food Nibbler : It is ideal for feeding fruits and veggies such as bananas, carrot and melon. Babies can chew and enjoy food with minimised risk of choking. Removable mesh bag facilitates filling and easy cleaning. It is easy to grasp.
