Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas relgtated discomfort which can be relieved by medicine like colicaid /gastica drops.
other reasons could be nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and more which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .

Investigation of the cause of her crying is necessary
Give her colimax or colicade drops as per her weight and age
If situation is not resolved please consult your pediatrician
