#askdoctors multiplefold nuchal cord (more than 2) observed in my ultrasound yesterday. I m 36 weeks pregnant... should I opt for c section or normal delivery?

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist5 years agoA. Many times babies do have cord around the neck sometimes more than twice but it depends if the cord is tight or loose around the neck. If it is loose around the neck then you can attempt for vaginal delivery. Any how you will be kept under CTG monitoring in labor and if there seems to be any difficulty in labor they can go ahead with cesarean section alsoWrite Your Answer Here
