Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. in case there are any dots,rashes or patches over the body of your baby they may be of red or white colour they may indicate some kind of infection, allergy or any other popathological process which needs to be clinically examined before advising any treatment it will be better if you visit your doctor for this.

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mum this can be because of the dryness initially you can try by applying coconut oil on it if there is not any different than this can be because of the deficiency of calcium or skin allergy aur can be because of the Eczema in that case you need to consult with the doctor
