meghali BorahMom of a 8 yr 11 m old boy6 years agoA. Yes it works even in heavy flow but avoid using it right after delivery.. You can use it in your normal periods days.. You can use either M or L size but it depends on the cervical length. you cam use your finger to measure the size or refer to YouTube videos for more ideas
