A. Hi You can include all home cooked foods like dal rice, khichadi, chapati dal, upma sheera, porridge, chapati sabji, idli sambhar, chilla, thalipeeth dhokla dosa, Vegetables soup, fruit smoothie fornthe child. try to avoid junkf foods
