Q.

#askdoctors I have started solid food to my baby.She is 6 months old.And she is drinking nanpro 2 formula milk.Yesterday evening I have given her banana puree.She is vomiting as soon as she drinks milk.Is that a problem?

A. Don’t give banana in the evening and give in afternoon time and that too in small quantity and give rice kanji and start with light and easily digestible foods take care

A. Spitting up is normal and completely harmless for most infants. When the spitting up or vomiting becomes too frequent, your child may have Gastroesophageal Reflux (GER). This reflux is a result of an immature digestive system and the poor closure of the valve (ring of muscle) at the upper end of the stomach.
