A. Handling twins is tough compared to a single child. But yes you have to handle them the same way like how you handle a single child.It will take time though but do it simultaneously be it giving food you can do it for both at the same time or giving bath one after the other when they become older or put both in a tub and give a wash.You will have to think of new ways to handle them according to the situation.
