you can gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip to facilitate the eruption process of teeth..
as teeth erupts start brushing your kid's teeth using silicon finger toothbrush

it is natural process.
please don't take much stress for this.
just brush your child teeth carefully ,use low flouride toothpaste for this.
avoid giving sticky and sugary food.
keep your child well hydrated.
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene.
