#askdoctors Hello doctor, We are vegetarians, pls suggest the nutritional and bone strength food for my daughter. because am lacking of calcium.so, I want my kid strong. thank u .

A. hello dear good morning include more of legumes in your diet milk and its products like paneer and curd all healthy food options give more stress over the green leafy vegetables in your diet nuts and dried fruits should be included
