#AskDoctors Hello Doctor, My kid is 5.5 years old and he has been stretching his legs and hand intermittently while playing since more than 2 weeks now. When asked why is he doing like this he replied saying that the portion near the knee and the elbow are paining and this stretching thing is helping him subside the pain or makes him relax. This stretching thing he does it now even when he is sitting. Though he is not complaining about the pain at all but have read that this is happening because the child is growing. Is this true? Then what are the ways we can try subside his pain?
