yes it's totally normal..kids get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3 years..so don't worry and wait, remaining all milk teeth will erupt in due course of time..

this is fine and good that baby has eight teeth now..
for teething, start with calc phosphorus a homeopathy medicine for teething, calc phosphorus helps in easing teething effects as teething fever loose motion green stool itching gums..
