ExpertVarsha PramodhNutritionist5 years agoA. Dear Mom your baby is too young, till 6 months exclusively breastfeeding and nothing else. not even water. After six months only we must start solids for babies. and at that time too biscuits are an unhealthy option.

Hi mom Yes you can take sometime Take more water fruits vegetables protein rich diet Maintain hygiene Take a good care of your baby Take adequate water at short intervals More sucking leads to more milk supply Take healthy protein rich nutritious food
